About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Community Sports Development Officer to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is focused on increasing participation in sports and physical activities across the local community, particularly among underserved groups. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a range of sports programs and initiatives, forging partnerships with local schools, clubs, and organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver inclusive sports programs tailored to diverse community needs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of sports participation barriers and strategies to overcome them.

• Proficiency in basic IT skills for reporting and communication.
