About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and dedicated Community Sports Outreach Coordinator to join their organisation on a fully remote basis. This role is instrumental in connecting with diverse communities across Northern Ireland to promote sports participation and healthy lifestyles. You will be responsible for identifying needs, developing targeted outreach strategies, and coordinating local events and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement community outreach programs to increase participation in sports and physical activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local schools, and sports clubs.
• Organise and manage local sports events, workshops, and taster sessions.
• Promote sports programmes through various communication channels, including social media and local networks.
• Collect feedback and data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future planning.

Requirements

• Experience in community development, sports coaching, or event coordination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Passion for sports and promoting health and well-being in underserved communities.
• Familiarity with the sports landscape and community structures in Northern Ireland .
