Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Help with household tasks, including light cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals according to dietary requirements.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote well-being and combat loneliness.
• Administer medication as prescribed, adhering strictly to care plans and safety protocols.
• Monitor clients' condition and report any significant changes or concerns to the supervising manager.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and the use of assistive devices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care assistant or support worker role is preferred, particularly within domiciliary care.
