Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in a community support , social care, or related role.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and standard office software.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases remotely.
- Understanding of social welfare systems and community resources within the UK.
