Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and medication management, adhering to care plans.
• Support clients in engaging with community activities, appointments, and social events.
• Help clients develop life skills and achieve personal goals, fostering independence and confidence.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the relevant supervisor or healthcare professional.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of support provided.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care or support role, particularly with individuals with disabilities, is preferred.
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable adults.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and background checks.
