Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support tailored to the individual needs of vulnerable adults.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Facilitate social engagement and community integration through organised activities and outings.
• Monitor clients' well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care manager promptly.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided and client progress.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar care or support role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanour.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and confidentiality in a care setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care are advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo a background check (DBS) and obtain necessary certifications.
