Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and feeding, according to individual care plans.
• Support clients with daily routines, household chores, shopping, and attending appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Encourage and facilitate social interaction and community engagement for clients.
• Monitor client well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care coordinator promptly.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in a caregiving or support role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is beneficial.
