Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and support to clients in their homes, adhering to individual care plans.

• Offer emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Support clients in accessing community resources, appointments, and social events, promoting independence and integration.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided, client progress, and any incidents, reporting concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with family members, healthcare professionals, and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a caregiving or support role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and confidentiality in a care setting.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain relevant certifications in care.
