About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Community Wellbeing Coach to join their team in Bristol . This role focuses on empowering individuals within the community to improve their physical and mental wellbeing through personalised coaching and support. You will work with clients to set health goals, develop action plans, and connect them with relevant local resources and activities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct wellbeing assessments with individuals to understand their current health status and goals.
• Develop personalised wellbeing plans, incorporating aspects of physical activity, nutrition, mental health, and social connection.
• Provide one-to-one coaching and motivational support to help clients achieve their health objectives.
• Signpost clients to appropriate local services, community groups, and health initiatives.
• Facilitate small group workshops on various wellbeing topics.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress towards goals.

Requirements

• Certification or qualification in health coaching, wellbeing, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role supporting individuals with health and wellbeing goals.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of local health and wellbeing resources in the Bristol area.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and tailor support accordingly.
