Compassionate Residential Care Worker (Day & Night Shifts)

Longmoor Care Ltd in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team providing care to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Behaviour that may challenge in a residential setting.

You will work on a 3 on/3 off rota with 12-hour shifts, in person, and have opportunities for development in a supportive, caring culture. The role offers pay of £13.00-£14.57 per hour and the chance to make a real difference in residents’ lives.
