You will lead multi-million-pound statutory compliance programmes, manage contractor performance against demanding KPIs and service levels, and oversee the full commercial lifecycle of contracts. This will include variations, payment validation, financial forecasting, procurement specifications and the appointment and management of specialist consultants.

Take ownership of the technical integrity of compliance records held within Northgate/NEC, ensuring information and statutory certification are complete, accurate and audit-ready. Lead the organisation’s approach to “no access” cases, including the use of appropriate legal processes and the preparation of evidence for injunction proceedings. Act as the senior Subject Matter Expert for complex resident and leaseholder enquiries, complaints and disputes. Lead the technical requirements associated with Section 20 leasehold consultation, helping to protect the organisation’s ability to recover qualifying compliance costs. Monitor and evaluate relevant safety and compliance policies, recommending improvements and overseeing the implementation of policy and audit actions. Lead and develop Compliance Administrators, creating a high-performing culture built around technical accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement. Produce clear reports, budget estimates and strategic risk assessments for senior and board-level audiences.
