About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join their fully remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across the organization's financial operations. You will proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks, develop and implement compliance programs, and provide guidance to employees on regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.

- Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for policy development and training.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.
