Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest and resident requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Make reservations for restaurants, entertainment, transportation, and other services.
• Provide expert recommendations and information on local attractions, events, and activities.
• Coordinate special requests, such as event planning, gift arrangements, and personal shopping.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local services and amenities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or high-end customer support role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the Liverpool area and its offerings.
• Proficiency in using booking systems and digital communication tools.
