Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role within the hospitality industry .
• Exceptional knowledge of Liverpool and its attractions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional presentation and a courteous, helpful demeanor.
