About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake surveys and condition assessments of historic buildings and structures.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with specialized experience in historic building conservation.
• Proven track record in managing conservation projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of historic building typologies, construction methods, and materials.
• Familiarity with legislation and guidance related to heritage conservation in the UK.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and report-writing skills.
