Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction project execution, from initial planning and procurement to final handover.

- Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in a Construction Manager or senior project management role.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and health and safety regulations .
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and cost control techniques.
