About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed master project schedules using planning software.
• Analyze project scope and identify critical path activities and potential delays.

• Produce regular progress reports, forecasts, and schedule impact assessments for management.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop recovery plans for schedule deviations.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with contract requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction planning, ideally within a main contractor environment.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and resource management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex planning information clearly to various stakeholders.
