About the Role

You will work closely with project managers and site teams to forecast timelines, identify potential risks and opportunities, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules using planning software.
• Analyze project plans to identify critical path activities, potential delays, and resource constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather schedule information and updates.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Identify and flag potential risks and issues that could impact the project schedule.
• Optimize construction sequencing and resource allocation to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction planning or project scheduling.
• Proficiency with project management and planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
