About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join their team, contributing to the efficient scheduling and sequencing of construction projects. This hybrid role allows for remote work combined with necessary on-site or office interactions in Bradford . You will be responsible for developing detailed construction programs, identifying critical paths, and coordinating with various project stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Your ability to anticipate challenges and optimize schedules will be key to the success of our projects, fostering a collaborative approach between remote planning and on-site execution for maximum efficiency and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed master construction schedules for projects.
• Identify critical paths, potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare progress reports and update schedules based on actual site progress.
• Utilize planning software to create visualizations and detailed project timelines.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
