About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to support project teams in Bristol . This hybrid role will involve a mix of on-site support and remote administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth execution of construction projects. You will assist project managers and site staff with documentation, scheduling, communication, and site logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between office and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with the preparation and distribution of project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, manage meeting minutes, and track action items for project teams.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain project files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Provide administrative support for site operations, including managing site diaries and deliveries.
- Facilitate communication between office-based teams and site personnel in a hybrid work structure.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a project support or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry .
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic understanding of project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site duties.
