About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial property developments in Sheffield . This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage impactful projects, balancing remote planning and oversight with essential on-site coordination. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, design coordination, procurement, and site management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure efficient progress.
• Implement and enforce stringent health, safety, and environmental protocols on all project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor quality and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide comprehensive project status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management , specifically on commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage projects in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional qualifications are a plus.
