About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and efficient Property Transaction Coordinator to join their busy agency in Sheffield . This vital role supports the sales team by managing the administrative and procedural aspects of property transactions from offer acceptance through to completion. You will be the key point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers, ensuring smooth communication and diligent follow-up to keep deals on track. The ideal candidate possesses excellent administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved in property deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire transaction process for property sales, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Liaise effectively with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for sales progression.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transaction progress in the company's CRM system.
- Handle client inquiries and provide regular updates on transaction status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a property sales progression or transaction coordination role is essential.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Sheffield property market would be advantageous.
