About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee significant building projects in the Bradford area. This demanding role requires a leader with a proven background in managing all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and procurement to final handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key position within our operations, offering the chance to manage impactful construction initiatives and lead dedicated teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards on all sites.
Oversee and coordinate site activities, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.

Requirements

Significant experience (7+ years) as a Construction Project Manager , with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in construction project management software.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred for this role in Bradford .
