About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to spearhead a new commercial development in Coventry . You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, schedules, and the successful execution of all construction phases, collaborating closely with a wide range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception, planning, and design through to execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with a demonstrable history of successfully delivered projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
