About the Role

Our client requires a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead significant building projects in and around Coventry . This role demands exceptional organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle, from inception to completion. You will be responsible for financial control, client liaison, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and external consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor project performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in construction project management , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies , materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial control .
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
