About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee significant building projects in and around Belfast . This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and meticulous planning to ensure that all construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality workmanship throughout the construction process. This is a key position for an experienced professional dedicated to delivering excellence in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules , budgets, and resource plans for construction activities.
• Supervise and coordinate work performed by general contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to facilitate project success.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management , preferably with commercial or residential builds.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations .
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software relevant to the construction industry.
