About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects within the vibrant city of Southampton . This role requires a hands-on approach, managing all phases of construction projects from planning and design through to completion. You will be responsible for site operations, subcontractor management, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience in managing budgets and schedules for large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
