Construction Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead diverse projects from inception to completion. This is a pivotal, fully remote role where you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will be instrumental in coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and driving successful outcomes across multiple sites, all while working from your chosen location. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets for construction projects.
• Coordinate and oversee all project activities, from initial planning and design to execution and closeout.
• Manage and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings (virtually where applicable) to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar senior role.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management software, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure project profitability.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
