About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Construction Project Manager to oversee key building projects in the Nottingham area. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction works, ensuring all projects meet stringent safety, quality, and budgetary requirements. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage site operations, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver outstanding construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initial planning through to final completion and handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, manage budgets, and control project costs effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management .
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
