Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and monitor stringent health and safety protocols on all construction sites.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
• Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and compliantly.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Construction Project Management , with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification (e.g., HNC, HND, Degree).
• Ability to balance on-site supervision with effective remote coordination.
