About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at various project sites in Bradford . You will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating site activities, managing laborers and trades, and reporting on progress to the Site Manager. This position is ideal for an individual with practical construction experience who is looking to advance into a supervisory role within a busy and growing firm in West Yorkshire , contributing directly to the successful completion of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Implement and monitor adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate the work of different trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with plans.
• Maintain good communication with the Site Manager, project team, and site personnel.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are managed effectively on site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a construction trade or as a site foreman/supervisor.
• Good understanding of construction processes and techniques.
