You will work under the Site Manager, providing direct supervision of site personnel, monitoring work quality, and enforcing health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of tradespeople and labourers on site.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Assist in the implementation of site safety plans and conduct toolbox talks.
• Monitor material delivery and usage on site.
• Report site progress and any issues to the Site Manager.
• Maintain good relationships with subcontractors and site personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
• Knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
• Valid CSCS card (Supervisors or Managers).
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
