About the Role

Our client, a distinguished Management Consultancy , is actively recruiting a skilled Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement for their office in Belfast . This role focuses on helping clients optimize their operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs through the redesign and streamlining of core business processes. You will engage directly with client teams to understand their current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design practical solutions for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence within organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for enhancement.
• Design and document improved process workflows, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, managing change effectively within client organizations.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of new processes in Belfast .
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented process improvements, demonstrating tangible business benefits.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational consulting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and engage effectively with diverse client teams.
