Consultant - Business Process Improvement

About the Role

Our client, a respected Management Consultancy located in Cardiff , is seeking a dedicated Consultant to specialize in Business Process Improvement. This role focuses on helping organizations streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs through systematic analysis and redesign of core business processes. You will work closely with client teams to identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and embed sustainable process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and document improved business processes, incorporating best practices and technological solutions.
• Develop implementation plans and support client teams during the rollout of new processes.
• Utilize process mapping tools and data analysis techniques to measure performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of process changes.
• Prepare reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and expected benefits.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational improvement roles.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
