The Opportunity

Hays is partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit Consultants and Senior Consultants into its Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. This is a highly client-facing consulting role where you'll help organisations understand their most important cyber risks, identify areas for improvement and turn cyber strategy into practical, sustainable change. Supporting senior stakeholders with cyber risk decision-making. Working with recognised frameworks and standards including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF and NIS2.Cyber Transformation

Turning cyber strategies and assessments into practical transformation programmes. Defining programme scope, priorities, governance and outcomes. Exposure to recognised frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF or NIS2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn findings into clear recommendations. Strong client-facing experience and the confidence to engage senior technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience contributing to cyber, risk or transformation projects and programmes. You don't need deep technical expertise across every area. This is primarily a strategic, advisory and transformation-focused cyber role, rather than a hands-on cyber engineering or operational security position.

Take ownership of defined project workstreams. Manage client deliverables and priorities. Coordinate activities across stakeholder groups. Support and coach more junior colleagues. Contribute to project approaches, methodologies and recommendations. Why consider this opportunity?
