About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead their content initiatives from their Milton Keynes office. This role is responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will oversee the creation of high-quality, valuable content across various formats, ensuring it aligns with business goals and resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media, and video.
• Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and consistency in brand voice and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external agencies or freelancers to produce high-quality content.
• Measure and report on the performance of content marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize content.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic search rankings.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful content strategies.
• Deep understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with diverse teams in Milton Keynes .
