About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead their content initiatives from Belfast . This role is responsible for developing and executing a robust content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will oversee the creation of compelling content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media updates, and video scripts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of content marketing principles, and the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible and engaging narratives for our target audience, working remotely with a focus on high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
• Create, edit, and manage the production of high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels, including blog, website, social media, and email.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and consistent brand voice.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use data to inform future content creation and strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external agencies to produce content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar content strategy role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from content performance metrics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
