Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon placement targets and key performance indicators.

• Previous experience in a contingency recruitment role is essential.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and delivering results.
• Strong candidate engagement and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, suitable for remote interaction.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms.
