Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven improvement plans.
• Implement and monitor changes to optimize workflow, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for employees on continuous improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate improvement strategies into daily operations.
• Track and report on the impact of improvement projects, ensuring measurable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement or process engineering role.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with process mapping and root cause analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change.
