Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven improvement plans.
- Implement and monitor changes to optimize workflow, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for employees on continuous improvement techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate improvement strategies into daily operations.
- Track and report on the impact of improvement projects, ensuring measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement or process engineering role.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with process mapping and root cause analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change.
