Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their operations in Bradford . This hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of on-site engagement and remote work, focused on driving efficiency and innovation across various departments. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process enhancement, implementing lean methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, both in person and virtually, to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions for enhancement.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Conduct process audits and performance reviews to ensure sustained improvements.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to integrate improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering.
• Certified in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, adaptable to hybrid work.
• Proven ability to drive change and achieve measurable results.
