Continuous Improvement Lead

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Continuous Improvement Lead to champion their efficiency and process enhancement initiatives in Norwich . This pivotal role involves leading the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and driving a culture of ongoing improvement across all operational areas. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and managing projects that enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the continuous improvement strategy for the organization.
• Facilitate and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring measurable results.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across departments.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean principles , problem-solving techniques, and change management.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by engaging and motivating employees at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma roles, with a strong project portfolio.
• Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, suitable for a hybrid work environment.
