£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you an organised Administrator looking for a varied role where you can take ownership of customer service contracts and build strong relationships with clients?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business looking to strengthen its busy Service Department. Working as part of a friendly four-person team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer service contracts are renewed, maintained and administered accurately.
This role would suit someone from a service administration, contracts administration, customer support or commercial administration background who enjoys building relationships and has excellent attention to detail.
The Role
* Managing customer service and maintenance contracts from renewal through to invoicing.
* Contacting customers regarding upcoming contract renewals.
* Preparing maintenance quotations and renewal documentation.
* Raising invoices and processing contract billing.
* Processing mid-term contract amendments and additional orders.
* Maintaining accurate customer and contract records.
* Managing renewal diaries and ensuring contracts are renewed on time.
* Liaising with customers regarding contract queries and account updates.
* Supporting the wider Service Department with general administration.
* Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service.
About You
* You'll ideally have experience within one of the following: Service Administration, Contracts Administration, Customer Support, Sales Administration, Commercial Administration, Office Administration
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload.
* A proactive and customer-focused approach.
