Job Description
Our client, based in Thame, is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team on a fixed term maternity cover contract. An excellent opportunity for a proactive Administrator to join a busy and supportive team where full training is provided.
Offering £27,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience this position is a Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) based in Thame. 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm finish on a Friday.
Duties:
* Set up contracts accurately on internal systems.
* Manage work schedules and invoicing schedules.
* Process contract invoicing following completion of works.
* Produce and maintain contract finance reports.
* Update contract trackers and renewal records.
* Liaise with colleagues, consultants and management regarding contracts.
* File and maintain engineer reports and documentation.
* Handle contract queries, disputes and credit paperwork.
* Provide general administrative support.
Experience/Skills:
* Previous administration experience.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Professional communication and telephone skills.
* Proactive and positive approach to work.
* Basic finance administration experience would be advantageous.
* Experience using in house systems would be beneficial.
