• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all installations adhere rigidly to project specifications, CWCT guidelines, and the latest Building Safety Act 2022 frameworks (including PAS 9980 / FRAEW criteria on remediation works).

• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, program, and manage specialist cladding, façade, and scaffolding packages.

• Health & Safety: Drive an uncompromising health and safety culture on site, ensuring strict compliance with CDM 2015 duty-holder regulations.

About You

The successful candidate will be a driven operational leader with deep technical expertise in the external envelope sector.

Required Criteria:

• Strong literacy in JCT and NEC contract forms.

• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple tier-one main contractor relationships simultaneously.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid qualifications.

• Full UK Driving Licence and a complete willingness to travel nationally to support regional projects.
