Key Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual matters for assigned civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Oversee the tendering process, including bid preparation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Control project costs, monitor financial performance, and implement measures to maximize profitability.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to contract specifications and performance standards.
• Resolve contractual disputes and claims effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in the civil engineering sector.
• In-depth knowledge of contract forms (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, JCT) and their application.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and teams.
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
