About the role of Contract Manager:
Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across London for a leading Main Contractor, overseeing 3 to 4 live sites with a couple in planning. The projects will mainly be new build schools, lifescience and commercial schemes, ranging from £10-£100+ million. Managing a team of multiple Project Leads to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.
Responsibilities for Contract Managers
Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers. Helping to implement new procedures Overseeing multiple sites. Liaising with clientsRequirements for Contract Manager:
Worked on multiple large scale. Managed the whole build process from groundworks to handover. Taken projects from planning to handover. Good Man Management skills
