Control Room Operator Shift pattern: 2 days (Apply online only)), 2 nights (Apply online only)), 4 off. Location: Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire Salary: £29,236.50 + overtime opportunities

Based in Goole you will join a professional control room team at a state-of-the-art 24/7 control room which monitors sites across the UK. If you have a strong work ethic with a passion for customer service and professionalism, then this could be the role for you.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Strong customer service skills

• Happy to work the following shift pattern: 2 days (Apply online only)), 2 nights (Apply online only)), 4 off.

• Strong administration skills

• The ability to work under pressure in a professional manner

• Ideally you will hold a SIA license or be willing to obtain one

Responsibilities

• You will work in a small team responsible for monitoring alarm activations across the UK.

• Monitoring of CCTV systems

• Operation of remote monitoring systems

• Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner

• Liaise with emergency services when required

• Answering incoming phone calls

• Produce written incident reports

• Manage emergency situations in a confident and calm manner

• Respond to general queries
