About the Role

Our client is seeking a bright and ambitious Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team in the vibrant city of Cambridge . You will be involved in detailed financial analysis, valuation modeling, and the preparation of transaction documentation, working closely with senior management and external advisors. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence for potential transactions.

• Support the M&A team throughout the transaction lifecycle, from origination to completion.
• Assist in the development of business plans and financial forecasts for new ventures and existing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
