Our client is seeking a dedicated and astute Corporate Lawyer to join their thriving legal team in Birmingham . Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, and compliance issues.
- Conduct due diligence investigations for corporate transactions.
- Support the legal team in managing ongoing corporate governance requirements.
- Research and interpret relevant legislation and case law impacting corporate activities.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate law .
- Solid understanding of M&A processes and corporate finance transactions.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
