Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, including company formation documents, resolutions, and minutes.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law matters, regulations, and market trends.
• Support solicitors in managing transactional work, such as mergers, acquisitions, and financing.
• Maintain corporate registers and ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, regulatory bodies, and other third parties.
• Organise and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness for the corporate team.

Requirements

• A law degree or a recognised paralegal qualification.
• Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within a corporate or commercial law setting.
• Familiarity with company law and basic corporate governance principles.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software; ability to adapt to hybrid working .
